Plan your weekend: flying display times and what to see

Flying display times

The Festival of Flight Airshow is being held next weekend, 19-20th August, with the opportunity to see exhilarating flying displays over the 2-day event. Gracing the skies over Biggin Hill will be a captivating mix of aircraft representing 100 years of aviation, including iconic military planes, fast jets, wing walkers and historic aircraft.

Gates open at 9 am

The gates open at 9 am each morning and the packed flying programme starts at around 12pm ending by 5:30pm on both days.

The action is not confined to the air, so don’t forget to see some of our top ground attractions, including our Biggin 100 exhibition tent, showcasing 100 years of popular culture. In addition, there will be a fun fair catering for all of the family and many trade and exhibitor stands.
